Here are some tips on how you can still have that amazing Wedding without spending all your savings:
1. Reduce your Guest list
It's difficult to tell your ex-coworker that they can't come to your wedding or to imagine your high school friend not being in your bridal party.
But removing guests from your list can help to reduce your overall expense without sacrificing that nice meal, those large centerpieces or a customized dance floor.
You can have your Dream Wedding with 25 people instead of 100 and be able to afford everything you've always wanted.

2. Save on Wedding Stationery
Skip the envelope liners and registry cards to save a few bucks (and reduce your Carbon footprint). Instead, have yours guests visit your Wedding Website for your registry details. Switch out printed Save-the-Dates with electronic ones. Finally, rather than printing one program per guest; print one per couple.
3. Shop Early!
This goes for everything regarding your Wedding! Book early; deals are always available, but you need to seek them out.
Social Media is a great place to find deals from Wedding Vendors!
During the Engagement Season, is the best time to find deals for your Wedding - so Follow/Like your favorite Wedding Professionals and book when the deals become available.
Don't be afraid to ask them about their Specials!

4. Restricted Hours with your Photographer
This can reduce your Photographer's invoice by US$500 or more!
8-10 hours of service is perfect if you want your Photographer to capture the dressing, ceremony, portraits and key reception details.

5. Go with Larger Flower Blooms
Using flower blooms that are larger, means that you get more volume for less quantity.
Blooms such as Hydrangeas will add volume to centerpieces, bouquets and large arrangements.

6. Greenery is the new Black
Greenery isn't what it used to be! It can add romance, elegance or tropical vibes to your Wedding while reducing floral costs. Add a little gold/silver spray to the leaves and make a statement.
7. Repurpose Your Flowers
Re-use Ceremony flowers as centerpieces or Bouquets as the Head Table décor. This helps to eliminate the need for multiple arrangements and obviously saves you a ton of money!
8. Make a Statement
While we are on the topic of flowers, why not include one large statement piece in your Wedding? This could be a large floral/greenery chandelier, Sweetheart table backdrop or Entrance décor.
The good thing is, you can actually use silk or "real touch" flowers for these Statement Pieces.

9. Candles or Flowers?
While flowers can be expensive...floral centerpieces can be affordable if you know how to use them. Single stems of flowers in bud vases can be a nice touch on your Reception tables. However, you can opt for candles - battery-operated, wax pillar candles, tea lights, floating candles, tapered and votive candles.
Candelabras are a good way to display candles with a dramatic, romantic effect!

10. Reduce Transportation Costs
By having your Wedding Ceremony & Reception at one location, you can eliminate the cost for transporting guests from one location to the next.
11. Limited Bar Menu
By offering a Signature Drink for your Cocktail Hour, you can reduce beverage expenses.
A standard bar package can be available for the Reception or perhaps Beers & Wines only to reduce the staffing costs associated with mixing cocktails, likewise reduced glassware rentals.

12. No Budget for Champagne Toasts?
It can only be called "Champagne", if it comes from Champagne!
So let's break it down...
If you are looking for something similar to Champagne to say "Cheers" with, go with a Crémant (same grapes, same production method but from another region in France).
You also have Cava which is the Spanish version of the famous sparkling wine.
Speaking of Sparkling wines, Prosecco is a wonderful option; tasty on the palate, easy to drink and much more affordable than Champagne
