This is a great workout for anyone at any fitness level.
The routine works all your major muscles and includes some cardio as well.
For more challenge, add weights, increase repetitions or repeat the entire workout 4 times rather than 3.
Remember to drink water between exercises!
You will surely see more definition in your body...especially your legs.
