It is important to note that when our coordination services is added to decor and floral services, the rates are discounted.

"On the Day" Package US$350:
- Suitable for weddings under 100 persons
- The Wedding Director provides a wedding itinerary to include set-up from the day before the wedding.
- Services on the day for a maximum of 10 hours.
- Managing all vendors on the day of the wedding.
- Reviewing all vendor contracts prior to final payment, as well as confirming a detailed review of the entire wedding day.
- Ensuring all deliveries are made according to the wedding itinerary.
- Assist the bridal party with getting ready and that everyone is clear on their roles.
- Distribute (and attach) wedding party flowers.
- Assist the bride with her bustle, veil and other attire difficulties
- Monitoring that all gifts go to the correct place/person
- Provide special assistance to the couple, family and friends, so they can enjoy the festivities of the day
"Rehearsal & Day Of" Package US$500:
- Includes all aspects of the "On the Day" package
- Prepare a ceremony outline to include order of procession and recession with desired songs. Ceremony rehearsal with bridal party up to 3 days prior to wedding day.
- One hour prior to the wedding, your coordinator will be your personal bridal consultant for the ceremony - helping you with your dress, pinning corsages and honoring any requests you may have to make your day special.
- Service on the day for a maximum of 14hrs
"Complete Coordination" Package US$685:
- Suitable for weddings over 100 persons
- Includes all aspects of "Rehearsal & Day Of" package
- Provision of an emergency kit, equipped with medical supplies, beauty and grooming needs, attire accessories and miscellaneous items
- Service on the day for a maximum of 18hrs
- Managing vendors the day before, day of and day after the wedding
- One hour consultation during the planning process
- Assist ushers with greeting guests on the wedding day
- Distributing tips and thank-you cards
- Two wedding coordinators will be provided
