As simple as it may seem, water plays an important role in our appearance and the overall functioning of our bodies.
Sometimes, it is difficult to determine how many glasses each person should consume on a daily basis. A good estimation would be your weight (in pounds) divided by 2, that value in fluid ounces.
For example, a 130lb female should drink 65 fl.oz. of water daily (which is just about 8 glasses).
Some benefits you can look for:
