Apply a paste of coffee grounds and olive oil to the area and massage for about 5 minutes.
Wrap the area with a hot towel and leave it for about 25 minutes. (During this time, you can probably do your nails, check emails or apply a hair treatment)
Rinse the area with warm water and apply a good moisturizer (preferably with Vitamin E).
Repeat this treatment up to 3 times per week for about 2 weeks to see results!
