Entertainment and equipment required for the ceremony, cocktails, reception and after-party. This should include, A/V, musicians, performers (singers, dancers etc), staging etc.
Flowers - 10%
All floral arrangements required for the ceremony and reception as well as the wedding party flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages etc)
Wedding Attire - 10%

Your wedding day photos and video, wedding album package as well as your engagement photos should be covered.
Stationery - 4%
Inclusive in this section are the wedding invitations and enclosures (RSVP, registry etc), place cards, programs, announcements and of course your Thank-you Cards.
Extras - 6%
This can include the officiants fees, wedding rings, marriage license, wedding favors etc. Also for some, it could even include the rehearsal dinner and refreshments for the bridal party on the day of the wedding.
For some couples, certain items that don't apply, so the allocated funds can be moved around. If for instance you get a gift of complimentary entertainment for the entire wedding, you can use that 10% for something else, like a more expensive wedding gown or wedding rings.
